Middle TN Computer Repair offers two types of services. On-site, and Pick-up/Drop-off. The difference between the two is simple. For on-site time, I have to charge my hourly rate of $50 per hour. With a Pick-up/Drop-off, I perform the initial diagnostic on-site for free, and take the computer with me to resolve the issues found in the diagnostic for a set price.
